Terms of Service

CleanCraft provides comprehensive cleaning services including regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized services. Our primary service area encompasses Cebu Metro with additional coverage to Talisay, Consolacion, and Liloan upon request.

Our pricing is transparent and competitive for the Cebu market. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

To ensure the best possible cleaning results, customers are expected to:

• Provide clear access to the property and all areas to be cleaned
• Remove or secure valuable items, personal documents, and fragile belongings
• Ensure pets are contained or removed from the premises during service
• Disclose any special cleaning requirements, allergies, or safety concerns
• Be present during the cleaning or provide secure access arrangements

CleanCraft is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or for cleaning requirements not disclosed prior to service. We recommend documenting valuable items with photos before our team arrives.

We understand that plans can change. CleanCraft offers flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with no penalty
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 12 hours: Full service charge applies
• Weather delays: We will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost

Emergency cancellations due to illness or urgent circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the understanding that safety and health come first.
